Designed and developed a multi-faceted marketplace ecosystem to enhance employee wellbeing through curated experiences.
When I was approached to design a marketplace for employee wellbeing experiences, I knew I was in for an exciting challenge. The project goal was clear: create a platform where welfare and team managers could easily find and purchase quality experiences for their employees.
Based on my research, I set our goals into three core objectives: 1. Convey a sense of quality in the experiences offered 2. Ensure efficiency in the search and purchase process 3. Create an interface that was both easy to use and powerful to manage
One of the first challenge I encountered was the dynamic nature of the site. We need to ensure efficiency in the search and purchase process for the buyers (welfare managers) ,and the store manager's team needed to frequently update content. . Each had unique needs that sometimes seemed at odds with each other
My solution? A modular store management system. I designed an intuitive system that allowed non-technical staff to easily update and organize content without compromising the frontend experience. This required close collaboration with the development team to ensure that my vision could be technically implemented.

The challenge: As our employee wellbeing marketplace grew, we identified a crucial need: enabling store managers and welfare managers to easily add events to the platform. The challenge was to create a seamless, intuitive process that would work for users with varying levels of technical expertise, while ensuring that all necessary information was collected for each event.
Based on these insights, I developed a multi-step event creation wizard:
The final product was a marketplace that not only looked great but functioned seamlessly for all user groups. The modular design allowed for easy updates and customization, future-proofing the platform for evolving needs. Feedback from both welfare managers and the store management team was overwhelmingly positive.
