The problem: IT assets are spread across multiple sites, networks and geographies, and their maintenance varies by location, asset type, service type, coverage level, and more. It was impossible to create consolidated views of end-customer assets and contracts.

The goal: help Cisco partners and their customers be able to organize and manage at a glance SmartNet contracts, software subscriptions, and assets. See customer assets at a glance, get notifications and status in real time and have Renewal Visibility and Insights.

After researching this field and being able to understand the difficulty in this type of work we were able to set the goals. I have developed a system of dashboards through which the IT manager can see all their contracts and statuses in real time.

The system branches into a system that helps to map the types of contracts in order to obtain a more accurate analysis. And another system that allows the IT manager to transfer responsibility to their employees to address the issues he sees on his dashboards.
